| SpCrossreactivity | Following relevant substances were tested for cross Reactivity: 7,8-Dihydro-Neopterin (3.5%), Monapterin, Biopterin, Dihydro-D-Biopterin, Tetrahydro-Neopterin, and Xanthopterin (<0.3%). This kit has been designed and tested for human samples. It may be optimized for other biological fluids. It has not been tested in animals (rat, mouse, etc). Since neopterin is the same in all species, this kit should work in most species as long as the sample cocn is within the range of this kit. |
